Team building gets a purposeful makeover

| Team building activities can be a bit like speed dating – you start by telling people something about yourself and play games to break the ice. At the end of it, you've hardly gotten to know much about the people. At HKBN, we're taking a different approach to team building. By adding mission-based objectives to help local communities, our Talents come together with a common purpose – and our engagement factor shoots through the roof. Introducing "Team Up for the Community", an all-new team building x volunteering initiative designed to ensure that Talents and beneficiaries can get the most out our efforts! |

| With 18 community activities completed thus far by 16 different teams, our Talents focused their skills, passion and care to address community needs, like renovating a kindergarten in Mui Wo or helping seniors get acquainted with shops and landmarks in Sheung Shui. These events are driving our Talents closer, giving us opportunities to better connect and understand each other. And it's not all about us either – seeing communities smile drives us to do even more!
