Mindful of this, we are generous in rewarding excellence. Among other performance-based incentives, every year we run a reward trip for top performers who distinguish themselves in their roles. Unlike many companies which incentivise their sales teams only, our annual all-expenses-paid trips are for top performers from all front-line and back-end departments. This September we treated 250 Hong Kong and Guangzhou Talents to an exciting 4-day trip to Tokyo. A wonderful opportunity to boost team morale and celebrate together with great food, shopping sprees, theme parks and many other fun things to do!
