Dear Friends of HKBN
Casting Call for the Brightest Summer Interns to Shine with HKBN
|

Become a shining star at one of Hong Kong’s best places to build your career. Over the years, our “Co-Owners of the Future” Summer Internship programme has been adventurously designed to challenge those who want to give their careers an inspired head-start. At HKBN, we believe internships should be about inspiration, the kind that expands horizons for our next generation of Hong Kong leaders.
More awesome than ever, this year’s programme funnels all that we’ve learned for a darn compelling regimen of activities to go with emergent on-the-job responsibilities. Covering plenty of diverse experiences in an intense two-month period (from late June to late August), our interns will be given opportunities to shadow our senior management, join in on executive business meetings, harness their entrepreneurial thinking via special projects and even participate in Corporate Social Investment projects to give back to the community.
Know of any exceptionally bright, high caliber local or overseas university students who’d be interested in HKBN’s summer internship? Please encourage them to send their resumes to tulip.pang@hkbn.com.hk on or before 8 June 2016.

And if you’re wondering about the impact this internship has made, click here to read a cool reflection and CV from Samuel Hui, our new full time management grade hire from our class of ‘08 summer interns. In crediting his time here in our Kwai Chung office as the launch pad to an international career where he has advised top Fortune 100 executives around the United States, Sam’s experience gives a microcosm of how far-reaching our programme can be.

“HKBN is a place that believes in opportunities. That attitude, not skill, is a prerequisite to bigger responsibilities. That people are its greatest assets, and if you are pro-active in stepping up to the plate, HKBN will happily invest in your success.”

“We have stayed in touch with Samuel since his summer internship as a high school student with HKBN in 2008. What Samuel may not had realised until now, was that we have been “headhunting” him for the past 8 years, but gave him space to grow internationally before we went for the big kill to bring him back home to HKBN.”
