Together, they seek to drive the deep integration of AI technology with enterprise application scenarios, accelerating the commercial deployment of AI solutions in Hong Kong, Macao, and the wider regional market, and fostering enterprise digital intelligence transformation and industrial innovation.
BoCloud International specialises in cloud-native AI computing infrastructure software, with leading capabilities in computing power orchestration and AI Agents that assist enterprises to deploy AI applications more efficiently. HKBNES brings deep market networks, industry expertise, and one-stop ICT service capabilities. Both parties believe that through complementary strengths, they can fully leverage their respective advantages to explore innovative AI applications in enterprise settings, creating greater value for businesses.
Under the MoU, the parties intend to collaborate on AI Agents, Agentic AI, multi-agent collaboration, and enterprise-grade AI solutions to develop competitive offerings and capture opportunities in the digital economy.
