'Secret' features you may not know about your new iPhone 12

1. Detect and block spam phone calls
Don't want to be bothered? Turn on 'Silence Unknown Callers' to mute notifications from callers you don't know. Only calls from your contacts or those you've exchanged recent calls, emails or messages will get through – everything else go to voicemail. |

2. Get more transparency on camera and microphone use
For the privacy-conscious, now you can know when the camera or microphone is being used – simply look for a green or orange dot at the status bar (top of the screen) of your iPhone 12 featuring iOS 14. Green dot indicates either the camera or the camera and the microphone are in use, and orange the microphone. Don't want to give an app access? Simply block it in the settings. |

3. Manage notifications on lock screen
'Deliver Quietly' allow notifications to appear in Notification Center, but prevents them from populating the Lock screen, playing sounds or showing banners. That ensures only selected apps get your attention on the lock screen and you don't miss out on anything important, while still allowing you to check other notifications as you want. |

4. Measure your height with LiDAR scanner
