Adoption is a wonderful gift for a child, but big-hearted adoptive parents in Hong Kong rarely get paid leaves for the time they spent welcoming the new family member. In a policy that furthers our efforts to go beyond legal obligations to create a Talent-first workplace, recently HKBN introduced a pioneering 14-day 'Adoption Leave' for all Talents in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, mainland China and Macau. |

The new Adoption Leave takes our already progressive list of family-first benefits up a notch, ensuring our Talents arrive at work fully motivated to help us stay competitive and deliver on our Core Purpose 'Make our Home a Better Place to Live'.
