Location is key. Everyone knows that antennas on Wi-Fi routers are generally omnidirectional, signals are sent out evenly in all directions. Try to find the most central place for your router to get equal coverage everywhere. |
 |
Keep away from other electronic devices
Avoid placing the router near other electronic products, such as microwave ovens, TVs, etc., as these products may affect the wireless router's signal transmission. |

If there are multiple devices connected to your home network, a dual-band router is highly recommended. It can choose the best frequency for you and your environment. 5GHz band: high speed, but it is less effective to penetrate walls and solid objects.
2.4GHz band: high penetration, better suited for long ranges. |
