Extending our support to families in need, we are now giving away two years of free residential broadband service to 10,000 disadvantaged households*. Starting from 1 April, individuals and families in need, including the chronically ill, the elderly and students in financial hardship can apply for our free broadband plans through seven partner organisations. Free smartphones and data for care home residents |
HKBN is also proud to apply our technology know-how to do the right thing for the elderly and those with disabilities. As in-person visitations are being curtailed at care homes operated by the Evangelical Lutheran Church Social Service – Hong Kong, we’re giving away free smartphones with unlimited local data to help over 500 residents stay connected with family, friends and the outside world through video calling. |
