Hung Fook Tong and HKBNES Expand Long-term Digital Transformation Partnership

In our latest partnership journey with health and wellness retailer Hung Fook Tong (HFT), HKBN Enterprise Solutions (HKBNES) will embark on a new five-year strategic collaboration to serve as HFTs major telecom and technology solutions provider. With this expanded long-term relationship, we will provide comprehensive telecom and system integration (SI) services, including network infrastructure upgrade, professional managed IT services and technical support, POS system optimisation and hardware upgrade and more, to accelerate HFT’s digital transformation and improve its operational efficiency.

For many years, our two companies have built a tremendous relationship out of achieving win-win-win. Since 2020, we’ve used our “Barter & Bundle” strategic arrangement to provide a full range of ICT services, allowing HFT to settle part of these service fees with product vouchers, which in-turn have been repurposed as shopping deals for our one million+ residential customer base. Our latest expanded partnership is expected to spark greater synergies, as our powerful IT expertise will bring the latest technology solutions and elevated customer experiences to HFT.

One of the most recent of these include HFT’s use of our first ESG IoT solution, which leverages a 24/7 real-time energy monitoring system to enhance HFT’s overall energy management, energy efficiency and ESG data reporting.
