Growing Fast That We Need 90 Badminton Courts!

HKBN is expanding so fast that we have outgrown our office space and now need to upgrade to bigger and better facilities of 80,000 sq. ft. or more, being the equivalent of 90 badminton courts! With Mainland China fully re-opened for business and as more companies have amplified their demand for digital transformation in areas like connectivity, cybersecurity, the cloud, AI and much more, opportunities are abound for our integrated ICT business to accelerate our amazing growth journey.

Physical Teamwork far more effective than Virtual Teamwork
|
Contrary to the global trend of companies downsizing their office footprint as they shift to permanent hybrid work-from-office and work-from-home arrangements, we’re returning to full time work-from-office for enhanced Teamwork. At HKBN, Teamwork is paramount to our Legal Unfair Competitive Advantage (LUCA), as our Fibre and other core business infrastructures are worthless without Talents running them. Even before Covid requirements, we pioneered work-from-home and found it to be far inferior over time versus physical teamwork, which is why we are looking for more badminton courts.

HKBN is hiring. This year alone, we’ve transformed our Enterprise Solutions team by adding top-tier leaders and industry veterans – with many more new hires coming onboard in the near future. Our new bigger and higher quality office will allow our specialised teams to collaborate, innovate and grow under the same roof.
