HKBN Technology Excellence Series: Part 1
Best-fit Solutions for All Customers
|
Long before this time of upheaval and change, we embarked on a journey that saw us transform from a telco into a true one-stop information and communications technology (ICT) service provider. After integrating with WTT and JOS in 2019, we accelerated to leverage our expanded arsenal of end-to-end capabilities, an emphasis on silo-free teamwork across 5 Asian regions, and a strategic shift from specialist sales to “relationship managers” on a mission: to help customers find the right solutions.
What followed has been a reinvention – a shift loudly affirmed by over 20 technology awards received this past year alone – in the way we’re solving customer pain-points with greater precision and ingenuity. Reviewing our change from a Customer-perspective, let’s look at how we are paving new opportunities and optimising value for customers across a whole spectrum of areas, from infrastructure, cybersecurity and managed services to digital transformation.
In part 1 of our multipart Technology Excellence Series, Sam Tan, our Co-Owner and Chief Innovation Officer, and Doris Chan, our Co-Owner and Chief Operations Officer, Enterprise Solutions share their insights behind our measured approach to deliver best-fit solutions, and how it is shaping awesome possibilities for 2 very different market segments – MNCs and SMEs. Learn how, on one end, we’re custom building solutions backed by the advantage of actual digital transformation success, and on the other, how we’re creatively adapting world-class solutions to empower SME competitiveness in the post-pandemic digital future.
