Insights into HKBN’s “Change or Die” Ethos: Our Interim Report 2021
|
We are delighted to share our Interim Report 2021, for the six months ended 28 February. This period has continued to be full of disruption, changes and challenges. But rather than fear the change, at HKBN, we embraced it to fully enhance our Group’s positioning for a post-COVID accelerated rebound.
Inside our report, you’ll discover the pride and bottomless drive of our Co-Owners and Talents, as we rose to the COVID crisis challenge. We confronted the challenges by transforming ourselves first so that we can subsequently help our customers transform their businesses. In the enterprise space, we evolved from merely selling services into a role of relationship management, guiding our enterprise customers to run their businesses better. For the residential market, strategic partnerships and our new e-commerce platform, HOME+, are transforming us from quad-play per household to infinite-play per person, tripling HKBN’s reach from 1 million households to 3 million people.
