Even under the long dark shadow cast by the pandemic, at HKBN, we've continued our mantra to always do the right thing. From our decision to offer 1-month service waivers for 1 million customers, passing on government wage subsidies to our Talents, to our free remote office solutions, and even with our entry into e-commerce, HOME+, a platform which is set to disruptively reduce the cost for merchants to do retail business in Hong Kong, all our actions are towards our Purpose to “Make our Home a Better Place to Live”.

We see profit as a subset of Purpose, and we run HKBN for Purpose. Having a clear vision on Purpose starts with our leaders, who have over the years defined this as a guiding keystone of our dynamic culture.
