A Masterclass in Change Part 1: HKBNES x JOS Integration @ INSEAD
|
Following our acquisition of JOS in December 2019, we've now evolved into a one-stop integrated telecommunications and technology services company with operations in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, mainland China and Macau. As a vertical fusion, our two businesses each bring many unique strengths and capabilities, so naturally to create the greatest Legal Unfair Competitive Advantage (LUCA), our merger integration strategy has been modelled on embracing change - a total mindset alignment not just for ex-JOS Talents, but rather all HKBNers.
Jumpstarting this, we recently gathered in Singapore for a variety of vision-aligning activities that included a 2.5-day INSEAD workshop challenging 53 of our senior executives, and our first-ever "Beyond Hong Kong" JOS townhall meeting to inspire hundreds of regional Talents (more details about this event will be coming soon in Part 2).

Singapore INSEAD Strategy & Leadership Workshop
By spending 2.5 days together at this world-class business school unlearning and relearning, 53 of our elite senior executives became inspired leaders as they broke free from legacy practice to embrace concepts like a blue ocean strategy shift, design thinking and calculated risk taking. Framed with unorthodox exercises such as a charity poker tournament and a team cooking challenge, this trip greatly elevated our integrated team chemistry and teamwork.
