Dear Friends of HKBN
Proudly Introducing our 2018 Summer Innovators

- At HKBN, we do not have staff, only Talents
- At HKBN, we do not have passive stock option holders, only active Co-Owners
- At HKBN, we do not have summer interns, only Summer Innovators
We see our 8-week Summer Innovator programme as our way to pay it and earn it forward.
We pay it forward by offering far more positions than there are full time Talent roles that we can offer in the future, i.e. we're intentionally over training the number of Innovators, in hopes of preparing them for a career outside HKBN. While only a small number will end up working for us full time, the majority will in some way always remain connected with us.
We earn it forward as this is how we systematically adopt reverse mentoring, to bring fresh perspectives into our company. We are constantly changing and improving to fulfil our company’s core purpose to ‘Make our Hong Kong a Better Place to Live’. As such, our Talents are encouraged to make positive ‘disruptions’ both within and beyond the company to achieve our common purpose.
