In line with our vision to supercharge HKBN’s customer engagement strategy, we’re set for the next big step in our digital transformation. Through partnering Salesforce, we’ll be deploying its Marketing Cloud platform to shift from the normal one-size-fits-all communications approach. Our goal is to personalise the engagement experience, making customers feel coveted via tailored messaging (our solution smartly reacts to their digital journey) for improved cross + up-sell opportunities and business results. In a nutshell, Salesforce’s world class expertise helps us put our customers first with the powerful impact of personalised communications, at scale.
In choosing Salesforce, our decision wasn’t based on technology alone, but more because we bonded over shared corporate responsibility values, and for prioritising long-term alliances above short term gains.
