Like many HKBNers, System Analyst Frank Shi’s journey is a glowing example of how we’ve empowered Talents to live life to the fullest and still achieve their career aspirations via working smart rather than working long hours. During his 5 years with us, Frank has been promoted from a junior Talent into a leader guiding a team of IT professionals. And in that time, he’s also pursued a passion for discovery via travels to far-flung places like Jordan’s ancient city of Petra, Turkey, Angkor Wat, Nepal, Sri Lanka and more. In between colourful adventures abroad, Frank has embraced a growing commitment for our Corporate Social Investment (CSI) efforts, volunteering time to teach STEM knowledge at Tsuen Wan Trade Association Primary School.
