  Dear Friends of HKBN

Get Acquainted with Our Bright Young HKBNers

Consistent with our commitment to develop careers, we established the Graduate Technical Trainee (GTT) programme in 2015 to groom university grads for a future management role at HKBN. With this in mind, we rolled out a creatively challenging recruitment campaign that attracted 1,185 applicants, from which 7 trainees were ultimately chosen.

After 18 empowering months, a period that saw our GTTs grow through dynamic job rotations across IT, Network and Enterprise Solutions departments, immersion in projects like our Ocean Park Wi-Fi partnership, and external sharing with companies like Bloomberg and LinkedIn, 4 out of the 7 participants have completed their training – and they now continue their promising HKBN journey as full-time Talents.

Beyond feeling proud, we’re excited to see how these young Co-Owners will leverage their vision, technical intellect and ambition to contribute for our business. Congrats to Kayan Chan, Assistant Project Manager – Enterprise Solutions and Co-Owner; Becky Au, Senior Officer – Product Development and Co-Owner; Ming Choi, Senior Officer – Business Analysis and Co-Owner; and David Sy, Senior Officer – Business Analysis and Co-Owner.
