The Opportunity

Responsibilities

    • Conduct quality management activities by listening to calls, reading emails, and reviewing chats daily to ensure frontlines are following policies and offering excellent service
    • Facilitate new talent product knowledge training
    • Liaise with external and internal parties for workflow arrangement
    • Set up standard operation procedure
    • Streamline existing process and point out areas for improvement

 Preferred Qualifications and Abilities

    • Holder of Diploma or above
    • At least 1 year of working experience in customer service, process improvement or training
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Customer-oriented and self-motivated
    • Team player and ability to provide coaching
    • Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
    • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Unit Manager - Customer Value Manageme
