The Opportunity

    - To explore the state-of-the-act VoIP technology and excel in ever-evolving telecommunication industry
    - To work with a group of energetic and high-calibrated teammates to further develop your self-esteem and technical skill throughout your career path


    - Perform daily operation in Network Operation Centre
    - Perform network surveillance and frontline technical support in Data Centre
    - Handle trouble ticket and quality control on integrated voice network, perform escalation to next level support when necessary
    - Assist Network Engineers on general support of voice network operation

 Preferred Qualifications and Abilities

    - Holder of Diploma or above in Computer Networking / Telecommunications or related disciplines
    - Basic knowledge in UNIX / LINUX command and shell script
    - Enthusiastic, good interpersonal skill and be a good team player
    - Shift duty is required
    - Fresh graduates will also be considered
